ZIPPY operates 24/7, ensuring that you can book a ride anytime, day or night.

The fare is calculated based on distance traveled, time taken, and demand. The estimated fare will be displayed before you confirm the ride. Additional charges may apply for peak hours or special circumstances.

Yes! Wearing a helmet is compulsory for both the rider and the passenger. Our riders provide sanitized helmets before each ride.

ZIPPY prioritizes safety by ensuring:

  • Thorough background verification of all riders.
  • Real-time ride tracking.
  • SOS emergency button within the app.
  • Mandatory helmet usage.
  • Regular vehicle maintenance checks.
  • On rides Cameras mounted at vehicles for safety.

You can cancel your ride anytime before the driver arrives. However, a cancellation fee may apply if the driver has already been assigned and is en route.

If a driver cancels your ride, ZIPPY will immediately assign another driver, or you can rebook through the app.

Currently, ZIPPY assigns the nearest available rider, but we are working on features that allow users to select preferred riders in the future such as if required a male/female riders.

Immediately contact ZIPPY’s customer support through the app. We will assist you in retrieving your lost items.

After every ride, users can rate their experience and provide feedback through the app. This helps us improve our services and maintain high-quality standards.

If you feel unsafe, you can use the SOS button in the app, which alerts our emergency response team. You can also call local authorities if needed.
